I am teaming up with some skilled fitness professionals and other mountain leaders to develop a new program that aims to help people who are novice walkers reach their goal of climbing a mountain. The program will develop your physical fitness, breathing techniques and mindset over the course of 12 weeks. Included in the program will be a final, guided hike up to the summit of the highest mountain in Wales - yes, Snowdon! (Yr Wyddfa)

This springtime I will also be collaborating with an amazing yoga instructor in a beautiful venue to offer a special 'recharge with nature' day retreat for Spring Equinox. The retreat will include a hill and woodland walk, forest bathing, yoga, meditation, hot tea and treats, as well as a takeaway 'goodie bag'. The size of the group will be small, allowing for a more personal experience. More details to follow over the coming weeks.
